Description:
The service will provide financial support services including: payroll administration, pension enrolment and administration and accountancy support to up to 24 childcare providers from the voluntary sector. The key service activities are:
• Monthly administration of payroll on behalf of associated voluntary sector childcare providers ensuring that all staff are paid in a timely fashion and that all appropriate PAYE deductions are made.
• Processing new staff starting and/or staff leaving on behalf of associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Administering student loan payments for appropriate staff on behalf of associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Processing any redundancy payments on behalf of associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Ensuring any Employment Allowance recovery on behalf of associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Processing any Statutory Maternity Payments as required and ensuring SMP is recovered.
• Provision of monthly RTI PAYE report to associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Supporting associated voluntary sector childcare providers in producing annual budgets.
• Provision of quarterly financial statements to associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Provision of annual P60’s to associated voluntary sector childcare providers.
• Production of annual audited accounts on behalf of associated childcare providers.
The anticipated contract start date is: Friday, 01 July 2016
The estimated value of the contract is:
£52,500 Total Cost
For a period of: 21 months

Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.
Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITT/PQQs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
