Quote for venue hire required

Hi,

We are looking to hold a conference and require the hire of a venue to hold this event.

We have the following requirements for the venue:


•the event is to be held in February 2017 w/c 20th or 27th
•will be a full day event, 9.30am start and a 4.30pm finish.
•will need to accommodate approx. 180 delegates
•tables and chairs required
•the ability to use own laptop
•a projector and screen
•microphones for the guest speakers
•refreshments: tea and coffee and lunch
•car parking
