Description
Serco is an international service company, and has been selected as the NHS' strategic partner for the delivery of support services through Serco ASP. Serco ASP also provides services in partnership with the NHS and other health and social care organisations in a range of primary and community settings. One of Serco ASP NHS clients is the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is a health and social care organisation, providing integrated community, mental health and learning disability services, across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and children’s community services in Peterborough.

CPFT’s mission is to put people in control of their care by maximising opportunities for individuals and their families by enabling them to look beyond their limitations to achieve their goals and aspirations.

As such, CPFT are looking to source an external supplier to carry out a thorough piece of market research around Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area. The purpose of the market research will be to identify if the changes being proposed to the Darwin nursery would be of interest to the local community; who would be the new customers; what would they like from the enterprise; and how do CPFT keep them returning.

In accordance with Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services Market Research Framework (reference RM1086), the specialisms that will be required for this research include Market/competitor Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Pricing Research.

Please note only the suppliers stipulated on the Lot 2 of the Market Research Framework (reference RM1086) can express an interest in this opportunity. Any supplier that expresses an interest who is not on the framework will be rejected.
