Eldene Community Centre – External Improvements

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of External Improvements – Eldene Community Centre Swindon SN3 3RZ

Project Description
The contractor will be required to undertake works such as:

• Supply and installation of external cladding systems to all elevations and the main entrance canopy

• Design supply and installation of emergency lighting


• Supply and installation of a high level manual winding gear window operating mechanism

• Other various minor works to the external areas of the building

Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk , then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

Contract Period

The contract duration is 7 weeks

Tender Clarifications

The Council’s responses will be uploaded periodically to the South West Portal it is the bidders responsibility to check the portal for responses.

Please note that this project has also been advertised on Contracts Finder/ other web portals, however, Supplying the South West Portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity.

No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
