Dry Recycling Contract

<p>Hartlepool Borough Council, requires a new dry recycling contract with a suitable organisation for the sorting, processing and sale to end markets of its dry recycling material resources. This contract must continue to support our existing fully co-mingled at the point of kerbside collection strategy. Full details are available in the tender documentation.</p>
