Description
<p>North Tyneside Council (the Authority) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for operational, schools and commercial buildings who will deliver a range of services to supplement the internal workforce. The Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow coverage for ever changing requirements, including but not limited to new regulations and central government requirements The DPS is divided into the following High Level Lots based on the specific categories of repairs to be provided unless otherwise indicated all contracts will be for, but not limited to, install, service and maintain and for a duration of two years with an option to extend for a year: - Lot 1 - Aquatic Play - Pool Plant, Sauna Plant &amp; Equipment Duration one year + option of one year extension &bull; Chemical Controllers &bull; Chemical Storage and Containment &bull; UV Equipment &bull; Flow Meters, Pressure and Vacuum Gauges &bull; Pumps and Motors &bull; Regulators &bull; Dosing Systems &bull; Temperature Sensors and Alarms Lot 2 - Automatic Doors &ndash; Roller Shutters Duration one year + option of one year extension &bull; Auto Sliding Doors &bull; Auto Single, Double Leaf Opening Doors &bull; Barrier Protection &bull; Sensor Controls &bull; Manual Doors &bull; Industrial Doors &bull; Service Counter Shutters &bull; Fire Activation Equipment Lot 3 - BMS Systems &bull; Building Energy Management Systems &bull; Sensor Controls &bull; Database Systems &bull; Design Build Solutions for New Systems Lot 4 - Door Access/CCTV &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 5 - Drainage surveys and works &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; CCTV Reports &bull; Jetting and Cleaning Responsive Repairs &bull; Jetting and Cleaning Maintenance &bull; Septic Tank Disposal, Cleaning Lot 6 &ndash; Fencing &ndash; Timber/metal/steel&bull; New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 7 - Fire Extinguishers &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 8 - Flexible Surfacing, Soft Play and Equipment &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 9 - Hearing Loops &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 10 &ndash; Lifts and Hoists &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs and maintenance to: 1) landing and car doors and their interlocks 2) worm and other gearing 3) main drive system components 4) governors, safety gear 5) suspension ropes, suspension chains 6) overload detection devices 7) electrical devices (including earthing, earth bonding, safety devices, selection of fuses, etc) 8) braking systems (including buffers and overspeed devices) hydraulics Lot 11 - Lightning Conductors &bull; Survey &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 12 &ndash; Painting Requirements to paint internal and external surfaces to all public, educational and operational buildings. Lot 13 - Steelwork/Fabrication &bull; Design, New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs and Maintenance to: 1) Fencing, External Metal Features 2) Benching 3) Structures Lot 14 &ndash; Tiling &bull; Survey &bull; New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 15 &ndash; Brickwork, Render and Walling &bull; New Installations &bull; Responsive Repairs &bull; Maintenance Lot 16 &ndash; Scaffolding &bull; Responsive repairs and maintenance &bull; Design &bull; New installations Lot 17 - Flooring &bull; Removal of existing flooring &bull; Installation of flooring &bull; Non slip vinyl covering &bull; Self levelling screed Organisations wishing to apply for any of the above lots can access the documentation after registering interest via the ProContract electric tendering portal:- https://procontract.due-north.com, and giving you the option to access/view the DPS immediately, once accessed you will then be able to download the documents which should be visible at the bottom of the screen. All required documentation MUST be fully completed and then uploaded back into this electronic portal, including any necessary supporting documents, for verification by the Authority.
