Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered via a previous notification e.g., the PME notice (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). ESPO is inviting tender submissions for a framework agreement covering Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). The framework will cover:

• Bulk Propane
• Cylinders (Butane and Propane)

Suppliers must be able to supply LPG throughout England, Scotland and Wales and must comply at all times with the latest Liquid Gas UK (LGUK) Codes of Practice (CoPs) and all relevant HSE guidance.

BioLPG is included within the scope of this Framework to support emerging customer needs across the public sector.

The Framework is NOT divided into lots.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will either be completed in full or in 12-month periods and is subject to the performance of the framework).

The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above.
