PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. However, interest (Expressions of interest) can be registered here (if not already completed), and please refer to the UK2: Preliminary market engagement notice for further details on the Engagement process that has been undertaken (the Request for Information return deadline and Engagement deadline having now passed) - see https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/018973-2025. Note: the Expression of interest window is being kept open to allow for NEW Expressions of interest to continue to be captured (Expressions of interest only need to be completed once per applicable contact/Workgroup, as once completed please access your ‘Activities’ in this eProcurement Portal instead).

ESPO has been conducting a scoping exercise with the intention of establishing a multi-supplier framework with national coverage for the supply of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) and other liquified gas fuels, in both bulk and cylinder form.

The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
