Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, Tameside and Glossop CCG and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (the “Authority”) wishes to establish a contract for the provision of Language Interpretation, Translation and Communication Support Services (the “Services”) to support their commitment to equality and the delivery of safe, person centred care.

The Authority require the provision of a complete Translation, Interpretation and Communication Support Services to cover the following:

• Face to Face Interpretation Services (Verbal and non-verbal) both 1:1 and group
• Telephone Interpretation Services
• Video Interpretation Services (Verbal and non-verbal)
• Translation, Transcription and Additional Services
