Description
Corserv Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to *Scope of Works (please utilise additional sheets if necessary):

Provide all necessary resources to carry out the works in accordance with all information contained within this enquiry.

Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) 800m2 approx.
MUGA - 800m2 approx. The location plan is in Figure 1 in the Brief – LGV MUGA Design and Build V1. The highway drainage works information is in the attached drawing LGV03_04-ADVXX-XX-DR-D-0110-S5-P02 - DS Overview.
Within this play area, we are looking to maximise the play value by using a multi play units where possible together incorporating a soft landscape etc. (see the Fields in Trust MUGA Guidance). No flood lights are requested for this area.

Standard for supply of equipment in region:
• Safety surfacing complying with EN 1177 to be installed by others under all equipment.
• All equipment to be constructed to EN 1176.
• There should be a minimum of 10 years warranty.

Evaluation criteria will be based on:
• Value for money
• Response to brief, age appropriate
• Quality of materials/durability, use of natural materials
• Certifications
• Play value, inclusivity and innovation
• Warranty period
• Delivery time

Suppliers are asked to produce a list of their suggested set of equipment and costs together with the installation diagrams, lead time for delivery, installation and warranty period. Supplier should also advice any foundation, drainage and earthwork requirement.
The order will be placed in two stages, first stage for the design element only and then the second stage for the supply and installation of the play equipment. Please price the design stage as a separate item. The Contractor shall not be obligated to enter into any further agreement should they choose to proceed with the first stage design element only from the Supplier.

he intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality & 70% Price.
