Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seeks tenders to create a Framework for the supply of Gas Spares to the Council’s In-House Gas Team to enable the undertaking of responsive, planned and project works across a variety of properties, both Council and privately owned.
Under this framework the Council will ‘call off’ under two options; Direct Award and Mini Competition. Direct Award Standard ‘call off’ Contracts will be awarded to the supplier ranked first through the tender evaluation for the first two years of the contract. Direct awards will be reopened at a predetermined time prior to the two year point in the contract and all suppliers listed on the Framework will be asked to submit a new pricing submission.
The successful supplier will be expected to source and supply all Gas Spares required to fulfil the deliverable requirements unless specifically agreed between BCP Council and the supplier.
The Council has identified a list of required products that they expect the Supplier to keep in stock at all times and delivered to site within the specified parameters.
Any department or trading entity within the authority or its trading remit will be able to create individual accounts for invoicing purposes and benefit from the trade rates and commercial support being made available within the contract.
A notice was sent to the European Journal regarding this opportunity on Friday 19 July 2019.
