PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Note: the Expression of interest window is being kept open to allow for NEW Expressions of interest to continue to be captured (Expressions of interest only need to be completed once per applicable contact/Workgroup, as once completed please access your ‘Activities’ in this eProcurement Portal instead).

Note: Any questions or clarifications MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered. Please check your Activities area in this case instead (or otherwise contact Proactis Supplier Support for any other system related help).

ESPO have been conducting the preliminary market engagement with the intention of establishing a national framework for customers wishing to appoint a single supplier able to provide and deliver all of their requirements in relation to cleaning materials / equipment and janitorial supplies.

The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
