Description
<p>Dorset Council is holding a Market Engagement event for Service Providers interested in submitting a tender regarding Family Support Packages for a new framework commencing in April 2023 for one year (with the potential to extend this to two years.) Family Support Packages support both internal and external colleagues to take a whole family working approach and achieve the best outcomes for eligible families who may need support with a range of criteria: getting a good education; good early years development; improved mental and physical health; promoting recovery and reducing harm from substance use; improved family relationships; children safe from abuse and exploitation; crime prevention and tackling crime; safe from domestic abuse; secure housing; financial stability. We are seeking a range of diverse and varied Providers to deliver innovative and flexible services/interventions/activities who will form preferred provider frameworks across the Dorset Council area. Work may be with individual children, young people, adults and or the whole family and packages could cover: &bull; Mentoring and Befriending; &bull; Mediation; &bull; Therapeutic Services; &bull; Counselling; &bull; Parenting and Family Support; &bull; Employability Opportunities; &bull; Learning and Personal Development; &bull; Positive Activities;</p>
