Multi Supplier Framework for the Repair and Maintenance of Rushmoor Borough Council Property

Rushmoor Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced tradespeople to carry out repairs and routine maintenance to Council properties.

This will be a framework agreement where a number of suppliers (five for building works, three for each of the remaining lots) will be appointed per lot.

Lot 1 General Building Works
Lot 2 Electrical Works
Lot 3 Plumbing Works
Lot 4 Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
Lot 5 Drainage


There is no restriction for the number of lots suppliers can tender for. The different trade groups have been divided into five lots to reflect the different requirements.

Works up to £10,000 will be appointed directly from the framework with works over £10,000 and under £50,000 appointed by means of a mini-tender where suppliers appointed to the framework for that particular trade group will be requested to quote as set out in the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.

Lot 1. General Building Works – to include Roofing, guttering, painting and decorating. Brickwork, window repairs, replacement and glazing, minor external works including tarmac and concrete works.
Lot 2. Electrical Works – to include new installations and repairs to existing electrical installations and partial or full re-wiring of premises as and when required.
Lot 3. Plumbing Works – to include installation, repairs and replacement of existing pipework, sanitary ware and fittings.
Lot 4. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. – to include installation of, and servicing and repairs to Gas, Electrical and Solid Fuel heating systems as required. Installation, servicing and repair of ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
Lot 5 Drainage, - to include installation of and repairs, maintenance and replacement of foul, surface and sewerage drainage systems including removing blockages and CCTV surveys.
