Grant funding is available to help support the delivery of this housing and the Council is willing to negotiate upon the disposal method of the land.
Early Market Engagement
Wiltshire council wishes to engage with potential developer to discuss options for delivering the proposed project and better understand the capacity, capability and interest of the market as a whole in providing the required project, encourage competition and identify potential risks.
A market engagement event in respect of this requirement will be held on the Monday 18th April.
Drop in event commences at 3:30pm and available until 6pm. Location: County Hall Trowbridge
The market engagement session will not influence the selection of bidders but this process aims to engage with interested parties to discuss options for delivering the project and services and give everyone the opportunity to provide feedback and influence our thoughts.
Although this event is intended to discuss the land available at Warminster, this is also an opportunity to discuss other opportunities for Extra Care within Wiltshire.
Wiltshire Council encourages open, fair and transparent procurement and not being involved in this market engagement shall not be taken into account in any subsequent bidder selection or tender evaluation process.
To register for this event please email procurementunit@wiltshire.gov.uk with the names of up to 2 attendees. Attendance at this event will be at the developer 's own cost.
