Building Cleaning Contract

Berneslai Homes is procuring a service for the provision of a Building Cleaning Services to communal areas of Independent Living Schemes and communal areas of general let flats, together with offices and community centres.
The tender process will be a restricted tender process, the first stage being the completion of the selection questionnaire, this can be downloaded by suppliers when they have registered and expressed an interest in the tender. The selection questionnaire return date is Wednesday 16th October 2019 at 12 noon. Following evaluation of these it is anticipated 5 suppliers will be invited to tender for the contract.
The contract will have a maximum duration of 5 years and is expected to start on the 1st May 2020 until the 30th April 2025. There will be an option to ‘break’ 2 years when Berneslai Homes will take the opportunity to review Supplier performance and achievements. Berneslai Homes shall elect to either ‘break’ the contract or refresh priorities and requirements for the following 3 years.
