Young People and Young People and Young Parents Supported Accommodation

These services are for the provision of the Hounslow Young People and Young Parent’s Supported Accommodation Service. Providers are expected to achieve the outcomes and requirements of the specification and the Hounslow Joint Commissioning Directorate will monitor compliance with the targets.


The Council has set out within both the OJEU Notice a Self-Declaration for which participating organisations should undergo prior to participating in this tender exercise.

The objective of this Self-Declaration is to ensure your organisation completed a self-assessment and by confirming “Yes” to ALL of the below statements you confirm your organisation has in place relevant policies, working practices and management systems in order to meet all the specified requirements.
