Barnet CCG would like to hold a pre-market engagement in regards to ENT and Audiology services with a view of potentially procuring these services. The CCG intends to secure a high quality, evidence based, one stop model ENT and Audiology services with easy access sites for our residents

Barnet CCG would like to hold a pre-tender market engagement event prior to a potential procurement route to secure a long term service provision. We would welcome all interested parties to join us at the event where we will present our service requirements and be available to answer any queries you may have regarding this service. The event will start with our presentation at 12.45 – 14.00 within a group session, however one to one meetings can also be arranged on your request between 14.00 to 16.00.

The CCG invites interested organisations to express an interest and submit a duly completed Market Engagement Event Registration form. You must register an account on our e-tendering portal (https://procontract.due-north.com). Once registered and logged in, you must express an interest in the project to access the Market Engagement Event registration form and the Services Specification. Further instructions on how to access the project can be found at the following link: https://supplierhelp.due-north.com/Opportunities1.html. Duly completed Market Engagement Event Registration Form must be submitted via the messaging facility on the Pro-contract portal by 1700 hrs on 30 October 2019.

Please note that the deadline for expressing an interest in attending the Market Engagement Event is 1700hrs on 30th October 2019. Any expressions of interest after this deadline may not be considered.

Please note that this is not a call for competition. This is a Prior Information Notice about a Pre-Tender Market Engagement Event and this does not commit the CCG to a competitive procurement process. The CCG will publish a Contract Notice should the CCG decide to carry out a competitive tender for procuring these services and bidders will have to express their interest when such contract notice is published.
