Luton DART Station Manager Soft Market Test

We are looking to procure a single provider of the following services:
• Hospitality (meet, greet and passenger assistance) personnel (with responsibility for ticket enforcement) within the station premises of the Luton DART passenger transit system;
• Facilities management and maintenance of the station premises forming part of the Luton DART passenger transit system; and
• Civil structures maintenance for the system route infrastructure of the Luton DART passenger transit system

This is not the tender itself but is part of a soft market testing exercise with a linked Prior Information Notice (PIN) - London Luton Airport Ltd (LLAL) is interested in engaging with the market as part of our specification & contract development prior to tender. You can find a soft market testing questionnaire attached to this listing. LLAL would be grateful if you could provide a response to support our development of this opportunity.
