<p>Invitation to Attend a Market Engagement Re the Procurement of a GCC Framework Agreement for Asset Management &amp; Property Services for all property related building &amp; M&amp;E Minor Works NOTE: This is not a tender opportunity. THIS IS SOLELY FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is seeking expressions of interest and confirmation to attend a market engagement either in person or on Teams, as a pre-market activity prior to going out to full tender from suitably qualified organisations who wish to submit a tender for an opportunity to be on a four-year framework agreement. The main objective of the market engagement will be to provide an initial overview of the anticipated procurement process from publication to framework award/go live. Also, it will provide opportunity for potential suppliers to see the proposed scope of work, the portal and how it works as well as questions from the market that may help with either the scoping or pricing and if any changes will be made to what the Council already proposes. The market engagement will provide an opportunity for the Council to understand the market from the last four years and changes if any as well as help to determine the level of interest prior to going out. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: Minor maintenance and property related works for servicing, reactive works and project work and servicing, repair and maintenance works in respect of council managed properties. Example of services to be included in the framework are: Boilers, control and general plumbing, fixed wiring and electrical response, PAT testing, fire alarm and emergency lighting &amp; equipment, lift services, lightning protection, refrigeration and air conditioning, access control, security systems, intruder alarms, CCTV &amp; remote monitoring, general maintenance, small building works, Asbestos survey &amp; removal, maintenance, inspection and repairs of automatic door systems, carpet and floor covering renewal, drainage, fencing, hard and soft landscaping, painting, decorating, roofing, safety glazing, windows and doors, play equipment and surfacing, tree maintenance, solar panel PV cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning control and general plumbing, fixed wiring and electrical, BEMs servicing, service and repair of kitchen equipment, service and repairs of rationale ovens. There will be slide presentation with brief updates on specific requirement. The presentation will include brief description of all lots and detailed description of the call off procedure. Opportunity will be given to attendees to ask questions, either during the engagement or send via the portal within a given timeframe. Questions that cannot be answered by the council on the day will be responded to via the portal.
