This is a Soft Market Test / Engagement Exercise, this is not a call for tenders.
Could your company help Stockport Council.
We want to hear from suppliers that might be able to help us achieve our aims for improvements and enhancement to our current SAP systems, including implementing SRM7, Fiori and robust Capital Programme Management.
Through this soft market testing exercise the Council is considering options for the possible procurement of the development and improvement of their existing SAP finance system.
Please note this is not a tender and is not a request for expressions of interest.
We have included draft requirements documents based on what we think we need for improvements to our SAP PS module, the installation and configuration of SRM7 – including improvements to the user interface such as implementation of our existing license of Fiori.
The attachments are the draft requirements which summarise current thinking about those components of the SAP systems where additional support is likely to be sought. This information is included to inform conversations, not restrict them.
This exercise is not intended to eliminate any suppliers, but is an open way to seek feedback from interested parties regarding our requirements, in order that the subsequent full procurement process is as efficient and effective as possible.
Interested parties are invited to register an interest in holding a further conversation at some point in January 2016 via email to carol.callister@star-procurement.gov.uk
