Wiltshire Council Substance Misuse Support Services Market Provider Event - Amended Date/Time

<p><strong><span style="background-color: rgba(251, 238, 184, 1)">Due to the late Queen Elizabeth II funeral on Monday 19th September - this event has now been re-arranged to a&nbsp; later date in September.</span></strong></p>
<p>Wiltshire council is currently in the process of developing its future direction with regards to recommissioning its Substance Misuse Support Services. Prior to opening the tender for this opportunity, we would like to share our intentions for Wiltshire Substance Misuse Services moving forward. The Substance Misuse Support Services will support the Council and its partners in delivering the Wiltshire Substance Misuse Strategy and its vision to “reduce the prevalence of substance misuse, and ensure where it does take place, all those affected have access to the right support, at the right time.” The service will be expected to work closely with other partners and stakeholders to ensure those affected by substance misuse are offered appropriate support to meet a range of needs. The service will be expected to work within the contracted budget, managing demand and the service offer based on the needs of the individual clients. The service should be accessible to all Wiltshire residents in need of support to help maximise long-term recovery and improve health outcomes for those affected by substance misuse.</p>
<p><strong>Wiltshire Council will be hosting this market provider event via Microsoft Teams. This session will involve a presentation regarding the project, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. It will also include information around the timeline and tender process. </strong></p>
