M2627-15 - REPLACEMENT OF COMPLETE DOOR ENTRY INTERCOM SYSTEM WITH IP GUARD SYSTEM

Supply, Install & configure IP Door Entry System (IPGUARD):
Supply and Install Vandal resistant Call panel with integrated fob reader and camera
including aerial (where required). As per the IPGUARD performance specification &
requirements for each address, found in the appendix 2 included in the Tender Enquiry documents.
Supply and install bespoke manufactured steel plates to cover holes left by larger existing door entry panels and Readers. Flush fit panel into steel plate where possible.
Supply and Install new VR readers and housings to rear resident access only door’s or other access control only communal doors required for each address.
Supply 15 Year prepaid subscription (15 years of unlimited video/audio calls & cloud programming), 1 subscription required per flat. Purchased from IP Door Entry Ltd.

Configure and Programme site into cloud-based management system (can be accessed and managed by client post install further blocks can be added at a later date as and when). IP Door Entry Ltd will set the site up and pre-program onto the cloud portal, but installer may have to configure system to sites requirements.

Configure landline and mobile numbers in cloud-based portal (Telephone Numbers to be provided by South Essex Homes)

Supply and install new Power Supply unit’s [AR125]
Supply and Install FS5 Surface Mount Fireman’s SwitcSupply and install Green Dome Request to Exit Buttons
Supply and install Self-resetting Emergency exit Devices [EM24EX]

Connect, test and commission into operation

Letter drop Residents with operational resident user details

• All existing handsets within properties to be left in place
• Fobs will be programmed by the contractor.
• Fobs will be issued by SEH.
