Description
Gleeds is instructed to act on behalf of Stroud District Council to undertake an initial market engagement exercise to explore developer interest in the regeneration opportunity at Brimscombe Port, Brimscombe Hill, Stroud. This exercise is issued as an Expression of Interest (EOI) in advance of a forthcoming procurement process and is intended to support the Council in designing an effective and competitive route to market. It does not constitute a formal procurement exercise nor an invitation to tender at this stage. The outcomes of this process will inform the Council’s approach to procuring a suitable development partner for the site, including the structure and sequencing of the procurement process.
