<p><strong>Description: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">The</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Corporate Building Maintenance Services contract will provide statutory and planned maintenance services for&nbsp;mechanical and electrical, and building fabric installations and some&nbsp;specialist M&amp;E services.&nbsp; The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Preventative and Planned Maintenance, Statutory Compliance Maintenance, Specialist M&amp;E Services, Remedial Works, Breakdown and Reactive Maintenance, Installations and Project Works, Risk Assessments, and Surveys.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The London Borough of Sutton invite interested and suitable companies to attend a bidder briefing session via Google Meet on Tuesday 23rd March 2021.&nbsp; Engagement sessions with members of the Council&rsquo;s Facilities Management service will be offered </span><strong>by appointment only</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;and there will be a limit of two&nbsp;attendees per company. Interested bidders will be able to download a presentation pack via the portal.&nbsp; The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME&rsquo;s.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to </span><strong>register</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> on the London Tenders Portal (</span><a href="https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf/frm_home?ReadForm"><span style="font-weight: 400;">www.londontenders.org</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire.</span></p>
