Description
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) which has been issued by The Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult as collaboration lead on behalf of the Catapult Centres and their Trading Subsidiaries in relation to the requirement to establish an ICT Framework Agreement.
This PIN is for market research purposes to determine the level of interest from Suppliers and therefore the most suitable route to market. It will not be used to reduce timescales in the future procurement process.
The ICT Framework Agreement will consist of the following lots (as a minimum):
LOT 1 : ICT Equipment (Hardware & Software)
LOT 2 : Cabling Services
LOT 3 : Software Licencing
LOT 4 : Audio Visual & Associated Services (Supply, Installation & Support)
No volume or value of work is guaranteed from this Framework Agreement. However, based on historical spend across all Catapult Centres, the potential value, for the total four (4) year duration of this Framework Agreement, could be in the region of £12M. This potential value is further broken down across each lot as follows:
LOT 1 : £8M
LOT 2 : £1M
LOT 3 : £2M
LOT 4 : £1M
