Building Services Framework

Sunderland City Council are looking to put in place a framework for the provision of various categories of Building Services works for a period of 4 years. The framework will be split into Lots which will be as follows:

It is envisaged that 6 contractors will be awarded against each Lot.
Call-off contracts awarded under the Framework may be to deliver schemes funded by ERDF or other funding organisations. No such schemes have been identified at the time of publishing this contract notice.
