•Substance Misuse Psychosocial Recovery Service
The Authority, through an open tender process, which is fair, transparent and equitable, intends to competitively tender for its community based Substance Misuse Recovery Service contract.
The successful provider will:
•Have a proven track record of working in partnership at strategic and operational levels especially with commissioners and other essential service providers;
•Recognise the importance of the wider family, community and focus on the social reintegration;
•Recognise the importance of quality assurance, clinical governance and have a commitment to improving the successful performance achievement;
•Have a good understanding of sustainability through the use of volunteers and mentors with a whole system approach;
•Have clear clinical leadership embedded across the organisation.
It is the intention of the Authority for the contract to come into effect from 1st April 2017 for an initial 3 years with an opportunity to extend a further 3 plus 2 years thereafter. We ask that all providers wishing to submit bids to return their completed applications by Monday 19th September 2016 at 10:00am. All applications received after this date will not be considered unless pre authorised by the Authority.
Open channels of communication will be via London Tenders Portal and the DAAT shared mailbox (DAAT@enfield.gov.uk). Any request for documents, access to documents or questions and queries will need to be made by Friday 7th October at 17:00. Any requests submitted after this date will be answered at the discretion of the Authority.
