Expressions of Interest for Mobile Catering on Derby City parks

<p>Expressions of Interest (EoI) are sought for exciting opportunities to deliver mobile catering facilities on a number of sites Allestree Park Ice Cream only Allestree Park Food &amp; Beverages only Markeaton Park Ice Cream only Racecourse Food &amp; Beverages only Mobile catering has historically been provided on a number of parks across the city of Derby. It will be important for the mobile catering operator to understand and work in conjunction the Council to: &bull; deliver in the city's parks what the Council&rsquo;s Parks Team and Derby LIVE are aiming to achieve; &bull; complement existing provision on Markeaton Park, &bull; complement future development of Allestree Park linked to the redevelopment of the hall and the rewilding project; &bull; look to provide a provision that meets park users requirements; &bull; offer added value to the various parks, attract new park users and increase footfall The Ice Cream and the Food &amp; Beverages Pitch will be subject to a License to occupy and will be granted following the assessment of the proposals submitted through the Expression of Interest process. Each licence will be offered as a separate entirety and will need to be applied for as such. Only one catering unit can be on site at any one time. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 25/02/2022. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 12:00 on 28/02/2022.
