Dear colleague
One Vision: Your opportunity to help shape the integrated commissioning strategy for children, young people and their families
One Vision sets the foundation which the NHS, Cornwall Council and Council for the Isles of Scilly will use to bring together health and care services for children, young people and their families.
During phase one we shared details of our ambition to improve services through our Partnership Plan:

www.cornwall.gov.uk/onevision
www.cornwallchildrenstrust.org.uk/media/25842707/one-vision-partnership-plan.pdf

We now need to develop these plans to change the way people in health and care work together and people access services to ensure every child and young person is safe, healthy and has equal chances in accessing opportunities to achieve a brighter future.
We are developing the Integrated Commissioning Strategy for Children, Young People and their Families which will enable the future commissioning intentions to truly meet people’s needs. We will achieve this by co-producing our health and care system with people who not only commission and deliver services, but also clinicians, health and care professionals and the people who use our services. To help us develop our work, we are hosting the following workshops, one in each early help locality area, during February 2018:
