Grounds Maintenance Services 2018-2022

Dartford Borough Council invites companies to tender for Grounds Maintenance Services. The contract is split into 4 Lots and all or some may be tendered for:

Lot 1 Central Park, Acacia Hall, Manor Gatehouse and Hesketh Park
Lot 2 Housing and Sheltered Housing Areas
Lot 3 Worcester Park and Saxon Park
Lot 4 Darenth Country Park, Dartford Heath, Council Open Spaces and Car Parks

The contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following works:
• Grass Cutting • Grass Edging • Turf Maintenance • Flower Bed Maintenance • Shrub/Herbaceous Bed Maintenance • Rose Bed Maintenance • Hedge Maintenance • Planting, establishment and maintenance of Seasonal Bedding Schemes • Ivy removal / Weed Treatment • Minor Tree Maintenance / Watering • Side Flailing • Alleyway Clearance • Maintenance at Sports facilities

The contract is for a period of 5 years with an option to extend of up to 5 years at the sole discretion of the Council.

5. Click on the “Grounds Maintenance Services 2018-2022” title link and from the next screen you will be able to view and download all the project documents.

The deadline for submission of your completed tender is: 12:00:00 on Friday 6th October 2017.
