Description
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Tenders for the Contract for: Paving & Re-surfacing works at: 1-57 Heathcote Court, Heathcote Avenue, Essex IG5 0QP In The London Borough of Redbridge in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”). The Contract is anticipated to commence during February 2016 and shall continue up to and including April 2016 (the “Contract Period”).

Organisations wishing to submit a Tender are required to complete a Qualifying Questionnaire to ascertain the organisation’s financial viability, technical capacity, experience in delivering similar high quality services, satisfactory policies on Equalities, Health and Safety, Prevention of Bribery and Environment and Sustainability and also the provision of satisfactory references. This information will be used by the Authority to establish that organisations are financially viable and technically capable of undertaking the Contract. The Authority shall only fully evaluate Tenders submitted by those organisations that satisfy the requirements of the Qualifying Questionnaire.

The Authority shall only assess Tenders submitted by those organisations whose annual turnover is no less than £200,000.

The Contract shall be awarded will be based on the most economically advantageous Tender received from the organisation that satisfies the requirements of the Qualifying Questionnaire and in accordance with the following Award Criteria:

Price 70% (70 points)
Quality 30% (30 points)
