<p>NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are looking to engage an organisation that will provide Resilience Questionnaire &amp; Feedback.</p>
<p>The Professional Support &amp; Well-being Service (PSW) recognise that training to become a Consultant, Dentist or GP takes considerable time, determination, effort and skill. During this time trainees will inevitably undergo periods where they need additional support. This may be as a result of encountering adverse clinical events, experiencing a variety of wider life events or struggling with concerns relating to their training or career progression.</p>
<p>The provider should have an understanding of the work undertaken by doctors and dentists, as well as the professional commitments, of a trainee doctor or dentists. The provider must be aware and demonstrate understanding that sessions may need to be rearranged at short notice due to emergency clinical situations and changes to rotas or on-call commitments.</p>
<p>Applications are invited to provide individual resilience testing and feedback for trainees across the East of England referred to the Professional Support and Well-being Service (PSW) with the aim of supporting trainees in developing areas of their own resilience.</p>
<p>We are inviting bidders who are able to deliver in house, accredited training and tools to the PSW Team which would allow us to provide the service in-house.</p>
<p>The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is &pound;35,000 inclusive of Vat. The contract period will be for 1 year with the option to extend by up to a further two years (1+1) subject to annual review and available budget.</p>
<p>The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 11th August 2021 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.</p>
<p>The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.</p>
