SPS 2615 - Car Sharing Service (Car Clubs): Market Engagement

<p>CAR SHARING SERVICE – MARKET ENGAGEMENT ADVERT Royal Borough of Greenwich is due to embark on a procurement process to source a provider to deliver our future car sharing service and are hosting a market engagement event. The event will enable providers to receive information about the current status of Car Clubs in the Borough, the councils’ future aspirations and offer advice and opinion on future commissioning options as well as sharing their thoughts, ideas, and general feedback. There will also be an opportunity for organisations to network with each other. This event will take place on Tuesday, 6th September starting at 9.30am at The Gallery Seventh Floor, 35 Wellington Street, Woolwich SE18 6HQ There will be a brief presentation on Greenwich Council’s requirements and how the council will be tendering this opportunity. This will be followed by open floor questions and answers session for us to gather information about any developments and issues in this market sector. There will be an opportunity for a confidential 15 minutes session for each of the attendees afterwards. We expect to be finished by 12;30 at the latest. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 3 representative from each supplier.
