<p>The Royal Borough of Greenwich wants to enable local companies to bid for contracts and offer jobs to local people. It is also committed to working with business to achieve best value when it buys products, services or work to meet the needs of its resident. Therefore, we are pleased to invite Local SMEs and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations to our first Online afternoon SMEs and VCSE organisation workshop on &lsquo;winning work with the Royal Borough of Greenwich&rsquo;. The first session will give you an insight into what the Council requirements are and how to bid for their contracts, both small and large. The first session will also cover how the Royal Borough is opening more opportunities to Local SMEs. It is aimed at business owners and those with responsibility for business development to help you increase your success and grow your business.</p>

<p>We will be running a second session later in November &lsquo;Winning Contracts with Royal Borough of Greenwich. This session will cover how to find opportunities, how to write a winning bid, and how to evidence social value in your tenders.</p>

<p>Please express your interest on the Proactis E-Tendering portal. If you are a company based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich you will be sent a form to complete. Once the form has been completed you will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting.</p>

<p>How to register for the workshop</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Interested local SMEs and VCSEs organisations must first be registered on this e-tendering Suite. If your organisation have not yet registered on the e-tendering Suite, this can be done online at <a href="https://royalgreenwich.proactishosting.com/">https://royalgreenwich.proactishosting.com/</a> and click on the tap &lsquo;supplier registration&rsquo; Once you have registered on the e-Tendering Suite, a registered user can register for the Workshop, look at the &lsquo;opportunities&rsquo; sections, click on the opportunity titled &ldquo;Local SMEs and VCSE organisations Workshop&rdquo; and register your interest by clicking the green button on the right.</p>

<p>Once you have registered your interest if you are a supplier based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich you will be sent a form to complete. Once the form has been completed you will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The maximum number of attendees for this Workshop is 30 people therefore; each organisation will be allowed only one person to register. This will be based on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have registered early and fall within the first 30 persons will receive an email from us to confirm their place on the workshop. For those organisations which fall outside the maximum 30 people, we intend to keep a record so they will be given priority in the next workshop. Finally, all communication should be via this e-tendering portal messaging system.</p>
