Description
Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for its CCTV Control Room move and CCTV system upgrade.
The contract will commence on Thursday, 09 January 2020 and terminate on Friday, 31 March 2023. The Council may extend this opportunity for a further two years The tenderer/s who submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.
The contract will involve creating a new CCTV Control Room within the Sittingbourne Multi-Storey Car Park; upgrading all existing CCTV camera sites to digital; implementing a wireless infrastructure for all three town centres covered by CCTV; a years defect period; and a 2 years maintenance period.
Expressions of Interest and Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.) must be submitted / uploaded on the Council’s e-tendering portal.
The closing date for submissions of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the I.T.T. will be 17/10/2019 09:55.
