Description
BMBC has a statutory duty to make free home to school travel arrangements for eligible children to access their education for both SEN and non-SEN children. The requirement is for a regular home to school transport service during school term time both in the Borough of Barnsley and out of the Borough, which include daily, weekly, fortnightly, or termly single or return journeys. Circa 38 routes to approx. 23 schools. Vehicles range from taxi cabs to 16 seater PCV's with and without disabled access.
Applicants will need to register their interest against this procurement event via YORtender in order to gain access to the tender documents. Applicants must register and submit completed tender documents via www.yortender.co.uk
Once you have completed your registration, please follow the below steps to access the ITT Documents. If you are already registered on YORtender:
Ensure you are fully logged into the YORtender.
Register your interest by clicking on My Activities, Select Barnsley (LHS of Screen) and press update which is situated RHS bottom of screen.
A list of tender events you have registered your interest in will appear.
Click on the relevant tender. This will open up the relevant tender. Click on ‘start’ on the ITT, Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see all the documents to download.

Please note you MUST upload all your documents before the tender deadline date which is 12 noon 17th May 2017 - any part loaded responses will not be visible to BMBC if the deadline time and date passes and we cannot accept your submission by another other means than YORtender. Please allow plenty of time to ensure your complete bid is uploaded.
