<p><strong>NEPO207 Building Construction Works &ndash; Market Engagement </strong></p>
<p>The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier solution to fulfil Building Construction Works projects.</p>
<p>A Public Contracts Regulations 2015 compliant two stage Restricted Tender Procedure will be used to procure this Framework. The first stage of the procurement process is the selection stage. NEPO propose to use an electronic Selection Questionnaire via the NEPO Portal to undertake this stage.&nbsp; Selection Questionnaires will be evaluated, and it is anticipated a short list of Contractors will be invited to the next stage of the procurement process, the ITT stage.</p>
<p>It is envisaged that NEPO will be in a position to issue the Selection Questionnaire in May 2022 for a framework start date of 31 April 2023.</p>
<p>The proposed contract period will be no longer than 48 months in duration. The Framework will be available for use by all NEPO Member Authorities and North East Associate Members. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues and opportunities related to the procurement exercise.</p>
<p>There is an existing NEPO Framework in place, NEPO207 Building Construction Works which will expire 31 April 2023.</p>
<p>NEPO is issuing this market engagement invitation for information and feedback only, to assess the appetite of the market and thus make any potential process more focused and efficient.</p>
