Description

Newcastle City Council wish to discuss with the supplier market our future requirements to oversee and manage the delivery of energy efficiency and low carbon heating funding proposals to domestic properties across various tenures (social, owner-occupied, private rented sector). Supplier engagement meeting to take place virtually via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 15 September 2021 10.00 to 15.30. The meeting will be virtual and is intended to have a brief introduction to all (max 30 mins) and then a maximum of 6 x 45mins time slots will be available and allocated to discuss our technical aspirations. We intend to forward a formalised agenda and a list of the questions to be discussed as part of those personal sessions after registration. Suppliers are permitted a maximum of 3 representatives. Please respond via the NEPO portal with your contact details to register an interest. If there are any issues with the portal then please email neil.dixon@newcastle.gov.uk As individual spaces are limited to 6, if we receive more registrations than those scheduled, we will shortlist to this maximum capacity. Shortlisting in this instance would then be based on ability to provide a management agent function to the capacity required to commence in January 2022 along with the intention of seeking to invite as wide a market sector as possible. Should there be significant market interest more than our initial capacity to engage, whereby we feel they could deliver our programme and provide further insight then we reserve the right to schedule further face to face or written engagement sessions.
