Description
Brent Council are inviting tenders for Housing Management (HM), Responsive Repairs (RR) and General Maintenance (GM) services within 3 Council owned properties within Brent. 3 contracts will be awarded for, one per property, as a 10 year lease agreement with a break clause at 5 years.

The 3 properties are located at: Beechcroft Road, Manor Drive and Kinch Grove.
