Lydiard Park Museum Heating

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of the Mechanical/Electrical works associated with the installation of a new Heating solution for the Museum at Lydiard Park.

Project Description
The present heating system is oil run system being fed by a bunded oil tank located within the immediate area of the boiler, this system is in close proximity of a fresh water well.

The oil tank and boiler are showing signs if age are starting to leak Kerosene oil with the potential to enter the fresh water well.

The indoor Heat emitters are old and inefficient and require replacement to bring to current standards and ease the cost of high utility bills.

The initial contract term will be for three weeks as stated in the ITT documents.

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title, to Jake House at TenderingHousingProperty@swindon.gov.uk by 26th July 2019, 14:00:00 hrs UK Local time.

The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 2nd August 2019, 1400 hrs UK Local time by e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title to Jake House only.
