HRA 1) Prepare HRA addendum which reports on 3rd party review and any follow up AQ work (assuming that all information required for this addendum is required by the Council. We can provide an information request and then complete the addendum) SA 2) Meeting with client to identify options for growth, spatial strategy and policies to test. Includes prep and follow up email defining options for agreement with client (2 hour meeting, time includes preparation and follow up) 3) Assess options - assume two growth options (London Plan housing numbers and the proposed OAN 'high growth' option) 4) Assess three spatial development options (proposed strategy based on available sites, adopted core strategy option and a lowest flood risk option) 5) Potential updates to the SA findings in respect to HRA further information and changes to policies (estimated fee; allowance of 6.5 days which may change depending on policy edits and outcome of LBWF mitigation strategy work) 6) Prepare addendum to SA Report reporting on options assessment and updated HRA; include table addressing alternatives to policies explaining why there aren't reasonable alternatives to some policies. Project management 7) Management of team, budgets, timetable and deliverables, liaison and meetings/calls with client (Over 4 month period plus 2.5 days in May and 0.5 June already spent) Examination Support 8) Preparation and attendance at half day session by VP only. No written submissions. No attendance by Hayden Torr. Adoption statement 9) Provision of template and recommendations tracker to support the preparation of the adoption statement by LBWF officers. (Note this does not include the preparation of the adoption statement by CLC. The adoption statement is a legally required output which is needed at the time of adoption of the plan)
