Enfield Integrated Commissioning Service is seeking to commission a range of 16+ semi-independent providers to deliver accommodation and key work support through qualified staff to Enfield Looked After Children 16-18, Leaving Care clients and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC). The service will ensure that children and young people are safeguarded, that the Council’s statutory duties are fulfilled and that young people are prepared for independence. The service will create a transition to adult services where applicable.
