The national test and trace system is unable to contact all Wirral residents that have tested positive for COVID-19. As a result The Contact Company have agreed as part of being a socially responsible local buisness that they will provide the Council with staff free of charge to call Wirral residents and trace their contacts and provide advice on self isolation in order to prevent the spread of infection. The Contact Company already have a contract with the national test and trace system so that all of their staff follow agreed Department of Health protocols.
