Description:
Luton Borough Council is procuring under LTR regulations and reopening the current Approved Provider List (APL, Ref: DN658439) which has other Lots and providers. Luton Borough Council is seeking a number of apprenticeship training providers to deliver selected apprenticeship standards where it either has no existing preferred Apprenticeship training provider or wishes to increase delivery capacity. Luton council reserves the right to select the appropriate training provider based on the needs of the learner or cohort. Successful bidders must be able to provide apprenticeship training to Luton Borough Council staff, some of our partner agencies and learners across multiple locations. Bidders must have achieved an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ and share an ethos of working for continuous improvement. Likewise Bidders should reach or exceed national standards set by Ofsted, the Education Skills Funding Agency through a rigorous due diligence process. The tender is broken down into 13 Lots covering 13 Apprenticeship Standards. Lots 38, 43, 76, 77, 80 and 83 are Standards requiring increased training provider capacity. Lots 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90 are new Standards and those with high volume and / or with no preferred training provider. Bidders may bid for as few or as many Lots as they choose but must be able to provide all courses within each Lot. Please submit your answers by completing Appendix B for each LOT.
