To refine and build upon the foundational information that underpins the RRTU project bid, to create a fuller assessment of the current capacity of partner organisations and degree of current community engagement with river and catchment heritage in the Axe catchment. To use this assessment to develop the ambitions of the project and produce a full Action Plan for the latter development phase and full delivery phase of the project. In carrying out this work the appointed consultant (s) will work as part of a team with project staff and specialist consultants addressing other aspects of the RRTU activity streams. There are Six Lots/Six Roles of work being commissioned: • Lot 1: Activity Plan Consultant Brief • Lot 2: Agricultural History Specialist Brief • Lot 3: Catchment History Consultant Brief • Lot 4: Education and Participation Consultant Brief • Lot 5: Ecology and Citizen Science Consultant Brief • Lot 6: Evaluation Consultant Brief Suppliers are invited to bid for one or more of these Lots/Roles.
