Description:
Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision for venues to deliver driving improvement courses. These courses are a blend of theory and practical driving sessions delivered by suitably qualified instructors at venues throughout the Essex Police force area (this comprises the administrative areas of ECC, Thurrock Council and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). The Authority is seeking training venues in Essex, including Thurrock and Southend for the delivery of NDORS and Non- NDORS training courses. The requirement has been split into the following ten geographical LOTs with the scope of each lot based on a ten-mile radius of the town/city centre specified as found on Google maps: Lot 1 –Braintree Lot 2 – Clacton Lot 3 – Harlow Lot 4 – Chelmsford Lot 5 - Brentwood Lot 6 - Basildon Lot 7 – Southend Lot 8 – Thurrock Lot 9 – Colchester Lot 10 – Maldon There is no maximum number of venues which will be selected for each Lot as set out above. Providers can bid for multiple LOTs if they can meet the requirements.
