Contract was amended and took affect 30th June 2018, this amendment allowed the contract to run until 31 March 2020. Also this allowed for a 1 months’ notice 3 months exit agreement. These changes where made to allow extra time to transition to new supplier as awarded on Reference no: DN351720, Contract: Finance, Hr & Payroll System (Fit for the Future) Update: 31st March 2020 - Due to the delay of the new system going live caused by Coronavirus outbreak. A modification to the contract was made to extend the Initial Term on an annual or multiple year basis, by a period not exceeding five (5) years. The Authority may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time on giving three (3) months written notice to the Contractor.
