Tenders are invited to be included in the framework of contractors, for the provision of Passenger transport Services for children, vulnerable adults, and includes the following services, SEN home to school transport, Social Care and Social Inclusion, and Ad hoc taxi service, and other transport requirements that may be added to this contract   The Contractor is required to provide a safe, secure, sensitive, suitable and reliable transport service to meet the needs of Service Users of differing ethnicity, religious and cultural beliefs, who may be children, young people, and adults, who may or may not be vulnerable and who may or may not have additional and special needs, for travel to and from schools, day centres, and other establishments, as required by the Authority.
