This bespoke solution will remain open continuously within the first year and there will be a minimum of two openings each year after that where new Providers can come onto the solution or existing Providers can bring on new Schools and Homes.
Description of the geographical coverage:
All Lots within the Flexible Procurement Agreement have no geographical restrictions with the exception of Lot 19 - Children's Residential Homes within geographical area. This Lot's coverage is the boundaries of the 11 Participating Local Authorities plus one. There is a separate Lot 21 for Children's Residential Homes outside this geographical area.
