Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Finance and iProcurement modules within the Oracle ERP system. This phase aims to identify and address the key issues and challenges that are hindering the full adoption and optimisation of these modules. Deep Dive Analysis: • Conduct a thorough examination of the Finance and iProcurement modules to understand the current problems and inefficiencies. • Engage with users and stakeholders through workshops and interviews to gather insights and feedback on the system's performance and usability. Problem Identification: • Identify the specific pain points and areas of dissatisfaction within the Finance and iProcurement modules. • Analyse the root causes of these issues, including legacy practices, workarounds, and data accuracy concerns. Solution Development: • Develop recommendations and solutions to address the identified problems. • Prioritise the recommendations based on their potential impact and feasibility, using a cost/benefit impact assessment. User Personas and Licensing Review: • Create user personas to support the findings and ensure that the solutions are tailored to the needs of different user groups. • Review the current Oracle licensing to ensure that it aligns with the organisation's requirements and usage patterns. Roadmap for Improvements: • Develop a detailed roadmap for the delivery of the recommended improvements. • Define the governance and ways of working for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Oracle ERP system. Release Management and Change Management: • Establish a formal release management process to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. • Implement formal testing and change management processes to support the transition to the improved system.
